Join us on October 30th at Olby’s in Margate for an unforgettable evening of music, community, and fun! The Social Singing Choir is ready and excited to share what we’ve been working on. We’ll be singing a varied set from Chappell Roan to Imogen Heap, expect an uplifting performance full of harmonies and good vibes!

We’ll be joined by talented local musicians, and followed by DJ sets to keep the party going well into the night.

Margate’s Social Singing Choir was formed in 2017 with a simple idea, no auditions, no need of previous experience, just a place in the community to sing together and have a good time. The choir has played shows across the south east, supporting SELF ESTEEM as well as performing at the opening of the Turner Prize. The Social Singing Choir have also featured on several recordings including Swim Deep’s album Emerald Classics, very.com Christmas advert and ‘The Welcome Chorus’ album. In the autumn of 2023 the choir recorded a version of Billie Eilish’s ‘When The Party’s Over’ for the WWF’s global COP28 campaign.
