CARROLL THOMPSON
Crowned the undisputed ‘Queen of Lovers Rock’ by her fans, award winning CARROLL THOMPSON’s emotional vocals and high-energy live shows are legendary. Her musical journey has taken her to Europe, the Caribbean islands, USA, Argentina and Japan. Carroll’s first solo album entitled ‘Hopelessly in Love’ has achieved iconic status as the best selling Lovers Rock album by a UK female artist, selling over one million copies.
Her warm sensual vocals and honest song writing symbolise and capture the magic of the soulful Reggae genre called Lovers Rock.
With a career spanning decades, Thompson’s music continues to inspire and uplift fans around the world, making her a must-see act for any ska enthusiast.

Potato 5 are known for their high-energy performances and infectious melodies.The Potato Five were one of the few ska bands active during the mid-80’s in the UK. Originally an instrumental band, they were later joined by vocalists Floyd Lloyd, and then the Godfather of ska, Laurel Aitken.
The band played throughout the 80’s, touring UK, Europe, USA and Japan, with Spider Johnson taking over the vocals. The band called it a day in 1990 but reformed in 2022 to perform at the London International ska festival and Freedom Sounds festival in Germany, with 6 of the original members.
With their irresistible blend of ska, reggae, and rocksteady, Potato 5 is sure to keep the crowd dancing from start to finish, creating an unforgettable experience for all in attendance.
