We are so excited to present The Brit Funk Association, full 9 Piece band including horn section, supported by Margate Soul Weekender DJs. 

Brit Funk Association brings together original members of legendary UK funk and soul bands like Hi-Tension, Light of the World, Beggar & Co, and Incognito. Celebrated for their explosive live shows and infectious grooves, the group pays tribute to the golden era of British funk. Expect to hear iconic hits like “British Hustle,” “Time,” “There’s a Reason,” “London Town,” and “Somebody (Help Me Out)”—tracks that helped shape the UK’s soul and jazz-funk scene in the late ’70s and early ’80s. Still going strong, the Brit Funk Association keeps the spirit of UK funk alive with fresh energy and unmistakable class.

Margate Soul Weekender DJs will include: Vicky Vibe, Tony Matthews, Steve Kite and Selwyn.
